Q: What is a Job Club?
A:  Personally Driven job club are small groups of like minded people that meet regularly to talk candidly about job searching and career advancement with the goal of supporting the success of all members. Similar to book clubs without the books, each job club member has something valuable to contribute so everyone benefits from the encouragement and advice from the diverse group dynamic.
 
Job club member may be:
  • Unemployed
  • Stay at home moms returning back to work
  • Underemployed
  • Desire to do more meaningful work

Q: What is Career Coaching?
A: Career coaching is a partnership where you and your coach work together to realize your desired potential. The goal of the career coach is to help you think through what you want to achieve and how you might achieve it. Through the process of career coaching, you focus on the skills and actions needed to successfully achieve your personal aspirations. 
Q: Who works with a Career Coach?

A: People who want to do the following:

Q: What a Career Coach is not?
A: Instructor/Trainer: Has specified learning objectives that are set out by the trainer or instructor. In the personal coaching process clear objectives are set by the individual or team being coached.

Therapist/Counselor: Focus on resolving past issues and conflicts with an individual or between a two people or more people in a relationship. A career coach focuses on the present, moving forward and the future.
